We ask that our patrons are fully committed to making the service their #1 priority for that time. In return, we guarantee you a great cut or shave that has our undivided attention. 

• We do NOT offer beard trims as a stand alone service.

• We do NOT cut children’s hair under the age of 10.

• Please arrive alone and on time for your appointment. Due to the size of our waiting area, we request that you do not bring guests. Cutters has a Strict 5 min grace period, if you are 5 min or more late it is up to your barbers discretion to cancel your appt

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service amount.

• Payment Options: CASH ONLY.

• Cutters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
